An Experienced Organization
Dr. Harold J. Kaplan, a renowned facial plastic surgeon with over 27 years experience, serves as Celibré’s Medical Director. Dr. Kaplan has served as a clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at UCLA, and has used cosmetic lasers extensively in his practice since the early 1990’s.
Other physicians’ offices turn to Celibré’s experience for their laser training needs.
